Mainstay
Small crews of men over 40. One pelvic routine. Done daily, together.
To the man who misses feeling sure of himself in bed: read this, then move.
We'll keep this short. You've got a day to run.
Past 40, a lot of men notice the same things. Less drive. Up at 3 a.m. to use the bathroom. Weights at the gym that used to feel easy. And the one nobody says out loud at the bar: you miss the nights when you felt wanted by her, and sure of yourself with her.
We built Mainstay for that man. Six men in a crew. One buddy who checks on you. A pelvic routine you do while the coffee brews. Kegels, hip mobility, slow breathing, a little core. Small. Daily. Stacked.
Keep reading. Then decide if you're in.

Say it out loud. Nobody here flinches.
This is what men tell us in their first message to the crew.
The drive isn't where it wasYou still think about her. Getting going takes more than it used to.
Up at 3 a.m., againBathroom trips cut your sleep into pieces. You lie there, awake, doing the math.
The bar feels heavierAt the gym, on the job, carrying your kid up the stairs. Stamina is not what it was.
With her, you miss being sure of yourselfYou'd like to feel confident in the bedroom again. Present. Like yourself, for her, your kids and your job.
Plenty of men your age wonder about the same things. You're not the only one asking.
Stack the smallest thing first
Big plans die by Wednesday. Tiny ones stick. Here's the order we teach.
1
Anchor one set to your coffeeTen slow squeezes in the chair while it brews. Three counts in, three counts out. That's the whole day, at first.
2
Add the lights-out setWhen the coffee set runs on autopilot, add five lifted-pelvis holds on your back before sleep.
3
Layer in hip circles and slow breathingHip circles at the counter, a few slow belly breaths, a short core set. A couple of minutes, tops.
4
Report it to your buddyOne tap in the app. Your buddy sees it. Your crew sees the streak. Add the next layer when you're ready. Not before.

Five shapes. Learn every one.
The Kegel is simple. Find the muscles you'd use to stop mid-stream. Squeeze, count three. Let go, count three. What changes is the position you're in.
Flat out, knees bentLie on your back, feet flat, arms loose. The easiest place to learn the squeeze without the rest of you joining in.
In the chairSit tall on the front half of the seat, feet flat. Desk, kitchen table, parked car.
At the counterStanding, hands light on the edge, knees soft. Kettle on, set done.
Pelvis liftedFrom your back, press through the heels into a bridge. Squeeze at the top, lower slow.
Low and wideA deep squat, heels down, one hand on a door frame for balance. Breathe slow. Squeeze, release.
Around them, every dayHip circles and a hip-flexor stretch, slow belly breathing, a short dead-bug set for the core.
Shake on it with one other man
Willpower runs out. A buddy doesn't. Write the pact, set a check-in time, and show up for him.

Three calls a week, on the calendar
Coach-led, small, camera optional. Two are training. One is a straight conversation about intimacy.
TuesdaysFlat out and liftedA coach counts the crew through Kegels on the back, then into the bridge.
SundaysLow and wide, plus mobilityDeep squat at a door frame, hip circles, slow breathing, a short core set.
Thursday talkSide by side, slow paceLying on your sides, close. Why men like it: full contact, low effort, a pace you both set.
Thursday talkFace to face, on pillowsPillows under knees and lower spine, eye to eye. Comfort and closeness first.
Covers from the call library. Every call is recorded for members who miss it.
Other Thursday topics: her setting the pace while you recline on pillows, the edge of the bed for tired knees, and how to bring any of this up with her without making it weird. Talked through by comfort, closeness and pace. Adult, plain and private.

Straight talk on the details
What does the crew actually do each day?
Six men, seated together by start week and time zone. You share one challenge, tap in when your set is done, and talk in a group thread. Your buddy is one man from that crew, with a two-line pact between you.
Do I have to show my face on calls?
No. Camera off is normal. Plenty of members listen in with earbuds while walking the dog, then do the set at home from the recording.
How do I stop the renewal?
Open the account screen in the app or on the web dashboard and switch renewal off. Or email us and we do it for you. Your access runs to the end of the term you paid for.
